1. Participation in this program is open to all residents of the US who are 13 years of age or older OR who have obtained their parents’ or legal guardian’s consent, except for full or part-time employees and their families of Ampario, OTX Corporation, Cint and sponsors featured in the program. Prizes can only be awarded where this contest and eligibility requirements are not prohibited by law.
2. No machines, scripts or automated services may be used to accumulate any points, bid on/redeem prizes, or in any other way participate in this program.
3. To become and remain a member, you must have internet access and a valid e-mail account. Ampario is not responsible for member’s inability to connect to the internet, login to the Survey Exchange website, access their account, or participate in any activity associated with this program.
4. Ampario is NOT responsible for any participant who misses out on points due to any of the following: • Forgotten username and/or password • Problems, internet congestion, updates or maintenance which affects Rewards usability at a particular time, • internet, browser, server, or computer problems in general, • Lost codes, coupons, points checks, forgotten passwords, mis-entered passwords, etc.
5. Participation is expressly limited to one account per person, per computer and per household, and point balances are non-transferable and may not be earned in advance. Duplicate accounts will be subject to cancellation without notification by Survey Exchange. Ampario reserves the right to limit the number of rewards awarded to any one individual or one household, for a specified period of time.
6. Point totals are subject to adjustment by Ampario for activity which was in violation of rules or not in compliance with the intent of the program. Ampario shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse or violation of Rewards rules and any decision it makes relating to adjustment of points or termination of membership shall be final and binding. Members will be notified of any such adjustments through a posting in the transaction history log (viewable in the member account section of the program) or through an email addressed to the most recent address in the member’s account profile. Should the member disagree with the adjustment, the sole remedy will be withdrawal from the program.
7. Ampario reserves the right to disqualify any participant from receiving a prize award, where Ampario, at its sole discretion, determines that the participant has violated any of these rules, made any misrepresentation in connection with this program or any other Ampario survey program, or used any unintended/unannounced means to accumulate a points balance. Sharing of passwords, codes, or other personalized or confidential points-earning information among members is expressly prohibited and will result in termination of account(s) and forfeiture of all points.
8. Ampario makes no representations whatsoever regarding the value, if any, of points earned as a result of participation.
9. Ampario is under no obligation to provide members with any particular number of points-earning opportunities.
10. Point values associated with any prize can be changed or modified at any time.
11. All prizes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Ampario reserves the right to limit the quantity a member can buy of any specific prize.
12. When a player is redeeming a prize by clicking on “Redeem” there COULD be a chance that another player is already in the process of redeeming that particular prize. In this case, the person who first connects with our transaction server by clicking on “Redeem” will receive the prize.
13. Member agrees to provide only true and accurate information to Ampario at all times. In conjunction with claiming any reward associated with any Ampario prize, member may be required to verify that all information in their account profile is up-to-date and accurate and may need to provide proof of identification to claim prize.
14. Participants who redeem points for prizes through Survey Exchange and/or are sweepstakes winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, licenses, and/or title and transfer fees associated with that prize.
15. Ampario reserves the right to discontinue or modify the manner in which points are received and redeemed. Ampario reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time, including the termination of all opportunities to use or otherwise redeem accumulated Survey Exchange points. In the event the program is discontinued, each member will be contacted via email prior to its termination and will be given the opportunity to redeem any outstanding points.
16. As a member of Survey Exchange, you may be shown confidential information as part of the surveys you take. The surveys may contain, but are not limited to, media content, unique techniques, sketches, drawings, or new products. In order to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our clients’ research, it is a condition of membership that you agree not to reveal any information contained in surveys, and do not copy or distribute any graphics or other content from the surveys. Please be advised that legal action may be taken in the event stolen material is traced back to you.
